HOW IS YOUR WORK DIFFERENT FROM OTHER DESIGNERS?
I strive to make my clients as happy as possible. I strongly believe in collaboration and work to make sure my clients are involved in the creative process.
I think that if you were to look at the testimonials from my clients you will notice one thread through them all - I care! I get to know my clients and include them and encourage them to become part of the design process. I listen to what they are saying so that I can transfer that into what I am creating for their brand. I want, no, I need to know that when that client walks away, they are 100% thrilled with their new branding.
WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS?
Pretty straightforward really.
1. Complete the Questionnaire & receive proposal based on answers. FREE Consultation to follow.
2. Once agreed upon I get to work based on our Consultation. I send my 1st round of sample boards within 24 hours.
3. I work backwards and forwards with the client getting their feedback and narrowing down the one that is meeting the match. This could take anywhere between 24 to 48 hours, depending on how fast the client gets back to me.
4. I work on the logo first before anything else and do not stop tweaking it until both the client and I are 100% happy with it. Then, and only then, do I move on to the rest of the order/requirement.
HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE PROJECT TAKE?
A normal simple Logo project can take anywhere between 24 and 48 hours but really depends on client feedback time as I work closely with the client during the entire process.
