Things You Need to Know
We offer free consultations to all our customers so that they can get to know us and our services better.
We require 50% of the total payment upfront for any project we take on. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project except for website build & design where payment is broken down into 3 payments. See below for details.
We also adhere to a strict privacy policy, keeping all customer information confidential. We value our customers' trust and safety and work hard to ensure that all their data is secure. Our policies are designed to make sure that everyone is satisfied with the outcome of the project.
FREE CONSULTATION POLICY

PAYMENT SCHEDULES | POLICIES
Our Payment Schedules are designed to ensure that you, the client, are taken care of by providing a safe and reliable payment system. Once you have accepted our Proposal, we require a Service Retainer to begin work.
For Logo design, we require a 50% retainer with the balance due upon completion.
For Marketing materials, we require a 50% retainer with the balance due upon completion.
Lastly, for Website build & design, we require a 50% retainer, an additional 25% halfway through the project, with the balance due upon completion.
Our Payment Schedules make sure that both parties are satisfied with the transaction.
For your convenience we accept the following payment types. PayPal (good for US & International Clients) and E-Transfer (good for Canadian Clients
